In this mixed-use commercial plaza, buildings are designed to have an “Alpine Ski Resort” style. Located in the commercial district of Longview, the project is very visible to the community. The dentist and optometrist owner/developers occupy a portion of the space, with the remainder being leased to various tenants. Special detailing includes stone planter boxes, heavy timber wood beams, and a variety of different wood cladding. The walls of the main towers slope inward at a 5-degree angle, punctuating the building façade that is broken up into different styling for each unit to create a “village” feel. The development is on 1.3 acres and includes 22,000 square feet of building space developed in multiple phases.
