The master plan for the Highlands Neighborhood Association Community Center involves the design of a 10,000 square foot structure. This facility design includes a multi-purpose room with half-court basketball and a stage, classrooms, library, offices, commercial kitchen, clinic space, and a multi-use lobby. Remodel and accessibility upgrade of an existing facility for interim use has been recently completed.
