Old Mill Market Place is a mixed-use commercial development on 1.72 acres, located in the heart of Newberg, Oregon. Anchored by Starbucks, the project is an attractive new take on the traditional strip-mall layout with various retail and office uses. The total building area is 20,000 square feet in two phases.
The design is in keeping with the Pacific Northwest Rustic aesthetic with various heavy timber elements.The theme of the design was inspired by the name the owner attributed to the project early in the design phase, and many of the design features resemble an "old mill".
