The total renovation of this 60 year old dormitory on Pacific University's campus was a major accomplishment, particularly in terms of budget and time constraints. The 39,000 square foot building was "fast-tracked" for completion in the three month summer break. With care in design and construction administration, we were able to assure move-in for the early-arrival football players. The $1.5 million total renovation cost, including site work, was within the budget and schedule. Attractive design elements of the original building were re-incorporated into the old, stately dormitory that houses 119 students.
