The owner of the property adjacent to a new Walmart Supercenter contacted our firm to design two new retail structures. The first phase will be a 5,000 square foot structure for up to four tenants. The design ties in visually with the new Walmart, and includes split face masonry, stucco and metal awnings. The end tenant space includes a drive-through window for a restaurant use. The second phase will be 6,400 square feet when completed.
